Patient Record Management
All patient information is easily accessible. Once the patient record is open, ledgers, Rx History, Insurance, Order History as well as patient demographic data is available.

Rx History
Optical prescriptions are easily entered using either mouse selections or keyboard entry, with options for doctor recommendations and notes to optical. Maintain a complete history of past refractions and print the Rx with the doctor’s digital signature.

Patient Billing
Linked directly to the Optical Order module, the patient-billing feature provides a complete solution to managing patient ledger accounts. Print patient walkout receipts, detailed accounts receivable reports, and more.

Optical Orders
A powerful, yet simple-to-use interface allows opticians to enter orders quickly and accurately.
Inventory is automatically reduced at time of posting.

Dispensing Status
Review and manage job status all in one convenient window. Optical jobs – both spectacle orders and contact lens orders – are summarized and color-coded according to their status.
